We are seeking experienced and committed Project Managers with 5-10 years’ experience with projects involving Technology and the ability to manage large and complex projects.
The successful candidates will have strong end-to-end Project Management experience and will be expected to work closely with the customer and senior management to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of the project according to time, scope and budget.
To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate skills and experience that will include the ability to:
- Coordinate overall programme development
- Liaise with clients and other project stakeholders
- Lead and mentor project teams
- Provide consulting support to client project teams on major projects
- Review and analyse client business processes and their supporting systems
- Assist clients to develop and document business processes
- Undertake risk analysis reviews, and develop risk management strategies and plans
- Participate in the development of strategic ICT plans
- Perform cost-benefit analysis on proposed plans and/or solutions
- Prepare and review documentation
- Manage timeframe, quality and execution of projects against plans
- Manage project resources (labour and equipment)
- Report progress
- Prepare meeting agenda, minutes and reports
- Chair appropriate meetings
- Manage and report project finances
- Co-ordinate third parties and resolve issues and problems
You would also be responsible for authorising
- Procurement of project-related equipment and labour services
- Selecting appropriate suppliers from the approved suppliers list
- Approving supplier invoices
- Approving project team expenses
- Releasing client documentation following internal review.

Ideally you have previous experience working on projects involving Technology and have exposure to the key skills/responsibilities listed below.

Project Manager – Melbourne Location
Permanent position – Immediate Start
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Tech Project Manager with strong end-to-end Project Management experience. You will possess experience in managing all the phases of a project lifecycle including requirements, design, planning, implementation, testing and hand-over.
You will need to have knowledge and previous experience with VOIP, collaboration, router, switching and/or data centre infrastructure projects.
As Project Manager, you will have strong negotiation, key stakeholder and communication skills. You will thrive in a results based environment where you hold accountability for the delivery of complex projects.
You will possess a strong focus in delivering solutions to the business and thrive working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
