COBIT V4.1 Foundation (2 days in classroom)  $1,750.00     (20% discount to ISACA members)

The COBIT Foundation course addresses the benefits of a sound IT governance framework and explains how to realise effective IT governance using the COBIT best practices framework. It explains the COBIT framework using practical examples and a case-study-driven approach. It also addresses all other components of the COBIT toolkit, such as the assurance guide and management guidelines.

The course helps professionals understand how to use COBIT in a logical and understandable way and validates this knowledge using an interactive approach. The course includes an exam preparation module, preparing participants to take on the COBIT Foundation exam. Cost of exam included in course price.

Practical classroom exercises support the classroom presentations. Additionally, candidates learn the true meaning of COBIT by practising the use of COBIT in a case-based scenario.

 

COBIT V4.1 Implementation Methodology  (enable organisational change) (2 days in classroom) $1,950.00     (20% discount to ISACA members)

This 3-day course immerses participants in all aspects of managing an IT governance implementation and improvement program. The course covers the creation of an implementation roadmap and the change management activities and techniques that are necessary to improve IT governance.

The course is designed using an engaging, scenario-based approach and includes interactive learning activities to teach a method to follow for ensuring successful outcomes. In addition, the participants benefit from the practical experience and knowledge provided in the course. This course can be attended straight after you have completed the COBIT Foundation certificate.

This course is also useful for those who wish to learn how to more effectively lead staff  through organisational change programmes, and also improve ability of their their staff to manage change. You will leave this course with a set of practical skills and techniques you can draw on in your role as an agent for change.
