ITIL V3 Service Lifecycle Expert Fast Track (10 days in classroom and 50 hours elearning)  
Next course 18-29 June 2012 (10 days), SYDNEY

This intensive, 10-day classroom course is fast paced. Participants will learn about the principles and core content of the Service Lifecycle approach to IT Service Management according to ITIL V3, along with the changes from previous versions of ITIL. This course prepares the participants to pass the Manager Bridge exam as well as all the Intermediate exams, enabling them to achieve the ITIL Expert certification level.

There is 50 hours of e-learning required prior to course commencement. Completion of the Foundation course is a prerequisite.Register now

This 3-day course immerses learners in the overall concepts, processes, policies and methods associated with the Service Strategy phase of the Service Lifecycle.
