A highly-qualified ITIL V3 trainer will be running the course. This means you'll get your ITIL V3 Expert certification much faster than the normal 6–12 months.
The course consists of 10 days of class work. Before the class starts, you'll do some extensive e-learning (about 50 hours) via a website.
Following the class work, you'll sit five Service Lifecycle exams and, after your pass marks are received, you'll sit the final MALC exam.
